Of 337 works submitted, only 45 works were accepted. 

The sublime beauty of the movement and luminosity of water has always fascinated me. Nothing says summer like the dancing ocean waves in the sunshine. I wanted to capture the spectrum of subtle color shifts in the wave and water in this plein air painting.
